Free wifi means 1 hr free a day. No water, no amenities. Reception not very helpful.

Sehr angenehmes Apart-Hotel. Wir waren Selbstverpfleger, daher keine Bewertung zum Catering. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Hotel bietet alles was man benötigt um einen angenehmen Urlaub zu haben. Guter Fahrradkeller mit Werkzeugbereich.

The room and the facilities of the hotel are incredible, we were there last year in August and they have made several reforms this year for example the extension of the gym, we are happy to see again Paco and Susana who without a doubt every year improve the animation for adults and children, we laughed a lot with the comedy show. The service in the dining room and bar was also excellent.

Highly recommend This great hotel, our room and hotel in general is very spacious and clean! Our highlight so far has to be the Animation Team here, they go above and beyond and are amazing with the kids! Always so energetic and enthusiastic!

Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sauber, es ist ein Hotel mit sehr guten Einrichtungen für Erwachsene und Kinder, es hat einen beheizten Pool und einen für Kinder. Susana und Paco von der Unterhaltungsabteilung machen einen tollen Job, ihre Aktivitäten für Erwachsene und Kinder sind sehr gut, auch wenn es regnet sie angepasst Aktivitäten zu tun. Auch die Bedienung an der Bar war sehr gut. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Das Essen war unterdurchschnittlich, das Obst jedoch sehr gut und frisch. Zimmer waren soweit okay. Leider gab es keine Selbstbedienung für all inclusive Gäste, was ich sehr schade fand. Der beste Aspekt des Hotels sind die Mitarbeiter. Vorallem Jose, David und Fabian haben immer für gute Laune gesorgt und ihren Job sehr eifrig gemacht. Das Abendprogramm war ebenfalls sehr unterhaltsam. Im großen und Ganzen also ganz okey, das Hotel hat trotzdem sehr große Schwachstellen
