We stayed just 1 night as we were visiting family. Such a lovely stay, very spacious apartment & everything we needed. Lovely breakfast plenty on offer. We would definitely return & stay longer.

Free wifi means 1 hr free a day. No water, no amenities. Reception not very helpful.

Hemos tardado unos días, pero aquí está nuestra reseña, que no podía faltar. Hemos pasado una semana verdaderamente genial en el hotel, y muy satisfechos con todos los aspectos: limpieza, comida, animación, etc. Todo el personal ha hecho que nuestra estancia sea muy agradable, pero sin duda, tenemos que destacar al equipo de animación, con Susana a la cabeza. Muchas gracias a todos: Susana, Paco, Mateo, Paula, Nacho y Alberto... ¡y a nuestro amigo Can! Las actividades han sido maravillosas, tanto para mayores como para el niño, y nos hemos sentido muy cómodos desde el primer momento. ¡Ojalá volvamos a vernos! Muchas gracias por vuestra alegría. Un abrazo enorme de "los jerezanos" y en especial, por supuesto, de Lolo.

This is a great Apart Hotel with very hard working staff. Welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable reception ladies. David & Fabian in the bar are super guys, looked after us and knew our drinks. Thomas (you're welcome) also a lovely guy. Food in the main restaraunt is very good, tasty and thoughtful. Lovely staff in the restaraunt, special shout out to David and Kameesh who looked after us. Would be good to reduce the 'Table Police' who make you sit in a herd so it's easier for their next meal set up. Rooms are nice and as in the pictures, good air conditioning, firm but comfy beds and enough in the kitchen to make a basic meal. Busy pool area, you can get a sunbed but there are always the sad guests up before 8am to bag their perceived perfect sunbed! Great location, short stroll to the white sandy (though very narrow) beach, bars and restaraunts. The volley ball court needs re-sanding and the rocks removing as they are a hazard to feet. The gym (for under 16's) needs somebody removing the kids in there. Inside pool a nice added extra though outside was hotter than the sauna! Lovely gounds with olive trees and plants. Varied evening entertainment and shows (though making parrots perform is questionable!).

Nos hablaron muy bien del hotel y a decir verdad se quedaron cortos. El trato ha sido excelente, igual que la comida y el lugar. Destacamos sobre todo el gran servicio proporcionado por la plantilla de animadores, en especial el de Juan Ignacio, muy profesional y dedicado.

Sehr schönes Familienhotel, super nettes Personal. Abwechslungsreiches Esssensbuffet bei dem jeder etwas findet. Extra Kinderbuffet ( leider oft das gleiche Angebot). Sehr saubere Anlage sowohl Pool als auch die Spielplätze etc. Animationsteam versprüht immer gute Laune

Just had a lovely holiday at this hotel the place is ideal if you have kids entertainment team work really hard making everyone feel welcome they are around all day every day there is kids club games for older kids evening kiddies disco and shows big shout out to the team. The rooms are suites so spacious on arrival our room was spotless and cleaned to decent standard during our stay everywhere in hotel is very clean . The pool areas are great no matter what time of day there are always sun beds available there is a separate pool for small children in a lovely shaded area again always plenty sun beds available. We stayed half board Food is good plenty variety even have a roast every day if wanted !salads and fruit are really fresh and deserts are good .If I have to pick fault the pool bar is very slow at serving ,food is good in there but you will wait ages for your order to be taken not enough staff in there . Another negative is reception staff not very pleasant or welcoming . Overall fantastic hotel lovely holiday love Can Picafort will be returning to the palace next year
